Staffology Payroll Integration Features
Employees created in Staffology HR sent to Staffology Payroll |
When an employee has been created in Staffology HR the employee will also be created in Staffology Payroll |
Existing employees in HR being added to Staffology Payroll – on integration link |
When you first set up the Integration any existing employees in Staffology HR will be created in Staffology Payroll |
Updating of employees’ Personal Details |
An admin user and an employee can update their details in Staffology HR, and they will then be updated in Staffology Payroll by the Integration |
Payslips from Staffology Payroll viewable and downloadable in Staffology HR |
When payroll have finalised the payroll and have produced payslips, they will then be accessible in Staffology HR in Payroll > Payslip History. (this will not include payslips prior to the integration) |
Data checker - Validation of Data prior to connection |
We have created a Data checker to check employee data prior to the connection of both systems. The data checker runs a validation on all data that will be created or updated in Staffology Payroll |
Validation |
Validation will be put in place once the integration is turned on, this will prevent the user entering information that is invalid or too long. When pressing save, an alert will be produced at the top of the screen to advise on the problem |
